Diversified’s document imaging services utilize state-of-the-art, high-speed scanners producing crisp, clear, readable images that cannot be altered or deleted.

Document imaging allows the information to be accessed simultaneously by multiple users and locations and maintains the integrity of the document by providing the user with a “read-only” format of the image. Imaging safeguards the information by limiting user access to particular documents, or portions of the document, and can serve as back-up for business continuation and disaster recovery purposes.

High-volume document scanning is one of Diversified’s specialties. Using the latest technology in both hardware and software, we are able to scan an average of 200 million
images per year in imaging centers located across the US, and additional offshore locations. Diversified scans standard document sizes, as well as specialty items such as books or ledgers.

Scanning services are performed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, depending on client requirements. Images are provided as industry standard PDF or TIFF read-only formats. Through the use of redundant systems and regular quality checks, we ensure the highest level of imaging for every document. Your images can be made instantly available on your desktop PC via internet access and our NetView© software. We can also transfer files directly into your workflow system.
