Scott A. Byers
President & Chief Executive Officer
Professional Experience:
As Diversified’s chief executive, Byers helped Diversified merge three companies into one. He oversaw a 30 percent revenue increase and 50 percent growth in the customer base in 2010 compared to the prior fiscal year. Prior to joining the company as president and CEO in 2008, Byers served as vice president of finance and general counsel at Wilkes University (2002-2007), assistant treasurer at American University (1991-2002) and senior accountant at US Airways (1988-1991).
Education:
Byers earned a juris doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law, a master’s degree in business administration from the American University Kogod School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Robert Morris University.
Community Involvement:
Byers is a member of the AIIM Network for Intelligent Information Management the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He is also active with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Villanova University Advisory Council for Business Analytics. In June 2010, Byers was appointed to the Team Pennsylvania Foundation Board of Directors, which initiates and supports programs to improve Pennsylvania’s competitiveness and economic prosperity.
Family:
Byers resides in Roaring Brook Township, Pa., with his wife, June, and four children: Elliott, Evan, Benjamin, and Alexandra.

Warren Lederer
VP Solutions & Chief Relationship Officer
Professional Experience:
Lederer has 20 years of executive and management experience and previously served Diversified as vice president of solutions. Lederer’s leadership developed processes to help sales executives and client engagement teams better understand, anticipate and respond to client needs. Prior to joining Diversified, Lederer founded and served as president of On-Demand Technology Solutions in Piscataway, N.J., where he managed all aspects of the business including company financials, marketing and sales leadership.
Education:
Lederer earned his Executive Management Certification from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and received his bachelor’s degree in urban management from the State University of New York at Buffalo.Community Involvement:Lederer is very involved in his home community of Mount Olive, N.J. An active member of the township recreation committee, Lederer has served for 12 years as the league’s track and cross-country head coach. Lederer is also a member of the elder board at his church, where he serves as an adult mentor and youth program small group leader.
Family:
Lederer lives with his wife, Lisa, and their four daughters, Grace, Kathryn, Magdalene, and Cecilia in Mount Olive, NJ.

Arun Singh
VP Global Operations & Chief Operations Officer
Professional Experience:
A member of the Diversified team since 2009, Singh draws on 20 years of document management experience to deliver superior client service. In 2001, Singh led MSX International’s operations in North America and part of Europe before serving as Active Data Corporations’ chief operations officer for seven years. His extensive background in operations management has made him an expert on document processing in the financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, insurance and government sectors.
Education:
Singh received a bachelor’s degree in science (chemistry, zoology and biology) from Allahabad University in India, and later a bachelor’s degree in business from National University in San Diego, Ca. He then went on to earn his master’s degree in business at Pacific States University in Los Angeles, Ca.
Community Involvement:
Singh is a Member of Raleigh Chamber of Commerce, as well as the North Carolina Chapter of TIE Global, a non-profit global network of entrepreneurs and professionals established to foster entrepreneurship and nurture entrepreneurs. Singh also serves on his local Board of Directors for the Homeowners Association in Cary, N.C., where he works to help reduce operating costs and solve conflicts for homeowners in his community.
Family:
Singh lives in Cary, N.C., with his wife, Jaya, and children, Anushree and Sidharth.
Leo Malsky
Integrated Systems & Chief Implementation Officer
Professional Experience:
For over two decades, Malsky has served Diversified through his expertise in outsourcing, operations and logistics. Malsky has also served as the Iselin, N.J., Onsite Manager, where he oversaw preserve, vault, logistics, conversion and special projects operations in a facility that housed over 10 million records. Over the years, Malsky’s leadership has directed over 1,000 Diversified employees in order to successfully manage over 100 million important documents.
Education:
Malsky earned a bachelor of arts from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pa.
Community Involvement:
Malsky is a volunteer youth football coach in his hometown of West Pittston, Pa. He also enjoys contributing to fundraisers for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. An outdoorsman, Malsky also enjoys hunting and fishing in his spare time.

Malsky lives in West Pittston, Pa., with his wife, Gina. They have three children: Alexandra, Leo and Anna.
